Sales tax will be applied to orders delivered to California The current tax rate is 9%
Stocked items ship within 1-3 business days. Your purchase will arrive packaged in a small velvet pouch in a gift box ready for gifting
DOMESTIC US SHIPMENTS:
I ship via the United States Postal Service first class mail with a delivery confirmation. I consider a delivery confirmation proof of receipt.
Please note shipments valued $250 or more are shipped with signature confirmation priority mail.
Shipping is through the United States Postal Service First Class International Mail Service. Delivery confirmation is available with this shipping method to a limited number of countires. DELIVERY CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 3-8 WEEKS If you need a faster level of service please contact me to revise the listing for you and give you different shipping options.

ORDERS OVER $400 ARE REQUIRED TO SHIP INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL through the US Postal Service.

Please be aware that as the seller I do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise/buyer might be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. Please check with your customs/postal office to find out what those fees are.
International shipping times do vary greatly depending on
location. They can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks so please be patient.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your jewelry purchase. We try to be as accurate with the photos and descriptions and capture colors and measurements as best as possible. If you are unsatisfied or your purchase or did not meet your expectations we will accept returns and or exchanges. You need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the purchase to arrange a return or exchange. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging box insured for value with a delivery confirmation receipt, at buyer’s expense. If by chance a mistake was made with your order the shipping costs will be refunded. Please note that that we are unable to issue a credit for returned items lost or damaged in the mail. You will be credited back the cost the item less shipping costs. Please contact us to resolve any issues that you might have.
