Product Details

Inspired by antiquity and a pair Byzantine earrings that I came across in my travels. I streamlined and modernized the hoop design. The medium round hoops are a larger version of the mini gold hoops that I have in the shop. Made through the process of lost wax casting and traditional metalwork. They are solid not hollow and have very nice movement on the ear, lightweight but substantial. Solid Sterling Silver gold plated with 2.5 microns of 18K Gold. Matte Finish. A twist on a classic design.

Size: 24 mm round .9 inches. The band thickness is 2. 7mm at its widest point . The modeled shot ( and last thumbnail) is the same pair in a shiny finish which I also have in the shop

How To Put On The Hoops
The wire is stationary and should NOT be bent up or down or side to side to get the earrings on. Doing so will weaken the wire and cause it to break off.
Hold the front of the hoop between your thumb and index finger. Place the index finger from your opposite hand behind the ear lobe. Gently put the wire through the piercing you should feel the wire go through when it touches your finger. When you feel the wire go through to the opposite side gently slide the ear lobe in. The ear lobe should pop right in easily.
The silicone backs supplied for extra security and don’t have to be used. They just twist on to the wire with a screw like motion if you choose to use them.
